Treehouse Eyes Adds to Leadership Team to Support Rapid Expansion

Treehouse Eyes announced today the addition of three corporate leaders to support its rapid growth.

Rachel Slack has been appointed to lead training and implementation, Rachel Falbaum will manage design services and David Turk joins the company to lead marketing.

Rachel Slack

As an industry veteran with leadership experience at Essilor and Luxottica, Rachel Slack brings a wealth of experience working with optometry practices to launch and implement new services. She was a key part of the Essilor Experts team with a focus on developing training curriculum for optometrists and staff, and ensuring execution of the program for success. Slack will work with Gary Gerber, OD, to train new licensee partner practices in the Treehouse Eyes model as their expansion accelerates.

Rachel Falbaum

Rachel Falbaum has significant experience in commercial design and project management, and will work with licensee practices to implement the Treehouse Eyes design into their practices. Rachel will be the interface between practices and the Treehouse Eyes design team to ensure brand standards are met and create a space where kids and their parents get a premium myopia management experience.


David Turk

David Turk is an experienced digital marketer in B2C and B2B models across multiple industries on both the client and agency side. His experience includes driving lead generation and investing in consumer communication using the latest digital platforms to drive awareness and interest in products and services. He will be responsible for implementing marketing plans across the U.S. to drive consumer interest in myopia management services and ensuring those consumers visit a Treehouse Eyes center.
