When you register on RMM, we ask you for the following information:

How do we use the personal information that we collect when you register for RMM?
We may use your e-mail address to send you e-mails about RMM and about developments, opportunities, and goods and services available from JMI, its affiliates, and other companies in the field of or fields related to optometric business. We also may provide your e-mail address to our affiliates and others in the optometric and optical fields who offer products and services that may be of interest to you.
We may use your snail-mail address to ascertain in which geographic area you are located, so that we can determine whether to invite you to an event in that area; and we may use the address to send you a direct mail invitation to an event.
If we stage live RMM events, we might use your phone number to market those events to you by phone, or, if you register for an event, to confirm your attendance by phone.
If we are required to disclose your personal information by any applicable law, court order, or government regulation, we will comply with such laws, orders or regulations.
