Boulder, CO – Treehouse Eyes, the country’s first and only company dedicated exclusively to myopia management, announced today the opening of six new centers. In collaboration with select practices, Treehouse Eyes is bringing their proprietary and proven brand of myopia management directly into select primary care practices across the country.

Gary Gerber, OD, co-founder of Treehouse Eyes said, “We’ve opened 19 locations in the last year, after opening our first two flagship centers four years ago. That was of course way before the “new normal” of COVID-19. It’s been incredibly gratifying that even with all the changes COVID has brought to our industry, demand for our proprietary brand of myopia management is stronger than ever. This is because parents are more aware that reduced time outdoors and increased screen time isn’t beneficial for their kids, and doctors are getting more questions about what can be done for increasing myopia. Our latest group of six practices once again represents our unwavering commitment to deliver the highest quality, exemplary myopia care to patients and a memorable experience for their families. Our patent-pending Treehouse Vision System clinical protocol, as well as our unique business model, are in full swing and allowing us to continue to ramp up growth as we expect to have 30 centers by the end of this year.

“By partnering with carefully vetted practices that meet certain pre-determined requirements, we are well on our way to add more partner locations as well as continue to build more flagship centers in the U.S. and globally. There are millions of kids who desperately need expert myopia management care, and Treehouse Eyes is uniquely qualified to deliver it. To support this rapid growth and unprecedented practitioner demand, we have launched a new website.”

“Treehouse Eyes truly are the genuine experts at building a myopia management practice. They customized their program to fit my practice and provided the training and support we needed to help us succeed. I can’t imagine how we’d ever have provided this level of myopia care without them,” said Selena Chan, OD, from San Francisco, CA.

“We partnered with Treehouse Eyes to take advantage of their extensive experience in execution and marketing, and their passion for working with independent practices like ours. I’m thrilled with our results so far as we’ve changed the way we think about treating myopia, and we are building our patient volume faster than we could have done on our own,” echoed Thanh Mai, OD, from Costa Mesa, CA.

The latest practices to join the growing Treehouse Eyes family are:

• Dr. Chad Lawson – Bethany Optical, Portland, OR

• Dr. Lawrence Jacobs – Highlands Ranch HD Eyecare, Highlands Ranch, CO

• Dr. Denise Smith – The Center for Vision Development, Austin, TX

• Dr. Vito Vricella – Fenton Family Eyecare, Fenton, MO

• Dr. Sharokh Kapadia – St. Johns Eye Associates, St. Augustine, FL

• Dr. Meera Sutaria – Insight Eye Optique, Sterling, VA
