BOULDER, Colo. — Treehouse Eyes is being recognized by the 2022 American Business Awards with a Silver Stevie Award in two categories — Achievement in Growth and Company of the Year, Health Products and Services.
All organizations operating in the U.S. are eligible to submit nominations to the American Business Awards — public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Monday, June 13.
“These are the premiere business awards in the U.S. and a huge testament to all of us focused on our purpose of giving kids better vision for life,” said Matt Oerding, CEO of Treehouse Eyes. “I’m so proud of all of our team along with all of the other entrants. Awards like this are also great to educate the general public about childhood myopia and treatment options.”
More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. More than 230 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
A Stevie Awards judge described Treehouse Eyes as “a great initiative supported by great execution,” and added, “Treehouse will be able to provide relief from myopia to nearly four times more children in 2021, while doubling its revenues, which is exemplary in the eye care sector.”
