Survey Measures Myopia Management Among Canadian ECPs

Feb. 13, 2020

Jobson Research and VuePoint IDS Inc. have conducted a survey about Canadian ECPs’ perspective on myopia and the various treatment options available to slow its progression among children. “Myopia Control: Usage and Attitudes of Canadian ECPs” gauges the current interest level and concern about juvenile myopia among Canadian eye care professionals and their future intentions toward myopia management in practice. The study also covers the extent and use of myopia management treatment options, including orthokeratology, soft contact lenses, spectacle lenses and pharmacological treatments as well as the perceptions of efficacy of these treatment modalities.
