Matt Oerding

DALLAS, Texas — Sanitas Advisors announced that Matt Oerding has joined the organization as a partner. The addition of Oerding further strengthens the firm’s capabilities in healthcare growth strategy, commercialization and market execution.

Oerding previously held leadership roles at Novartis and Alcon and co-founded Treehouse Eyes, helping build one of the nation’s leading pediatric myopia management organizations and pioneering scalable specialty eyecare delivery models.

At Sanitas Advisors, Oerding joins Partners Jeff Poe and John Walborn in advising healthcare organizations on growth, commercialization, operational performance and market execution.

“Healthcare organizations increasingly need partners who can bridge strategy and execution,” said Oerding. “Sanitas was built around the idea that companies need more than strategic recommendations. They need experienced operators who understand commercialization, execution, market adoption and how to build scalable growth platforms.”

Navigating Growth and Transformation

Sanitas Advisors is an operator-led healthcare advisory firm focused on commercialization strategy, operational transformation, AI-enabled growth infrastructure, sales operations and strategic partnerships across healthcare. The firm works with providers, manufacturers, emerging healthcare technology companies and investors to accelerate adoption, improve execution and drive sustainable growth.

“Matt has firsthand experience building and scaling an innovative healthcare platform in a highly dynamic market,” said Jeff Poe, Partner at Sanitas Advisors. “His background as a founder and operator adds another important dimension to the work we do with healthcare organizations navigating growth and transformation.”

“Sanitas was built by operators for organizations facing real-world growth challenges,” added John Walborn, Partner at Sanitas Advisors. “Matt’s experience strengthens our ability to help clients turn strategy into execution.”

In addition to his role at Sanitas Advisors, Oerding will continue serving as Board Chair of Treehouse Eyes.
